SEBORRHEIC KERATOSES are warty/waxy brown growths that don’t appear until adulthood. They tend to but run in families (inherited). Seborrheic keratoses are harmless lesions but they can be cosmetically unappealing, or become irritated by clothing.

Solar Lentigines
SOLAR LENTIGINES, or “age spots” are round or oval shaped tan or brown lesions that occur on sun-exposed skin, such as the face or back of the hands. Solar lentigines are very common after the age of 40, and occur as a result of accumulated sun damage.
