All the staff at Kingsway are super friendly and the clinic is beautiful. I’ve been seeing Katie for laser treatments over the last year and am so pleased with the results so far. Katie is so lovely - she takes the time to explain everything, to discuss your skincare routines and is always open to collaborate and discuss what’s working or not working for you. She always checks in and is as excited about your results as you are!

I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the care I received, as well as how “patient-centred” the reservations, advice on where to park, together with the follow up activities of the clinic - a first class model of how to run a clinic! During my follow up appointment this week, Dr. Velykoredko was very efficient, pleasant to talk to and better still gave me a clean bill of health! It is so nice to see this clinic being so focused on the patient.
